Dr. Babita is a genuinely inspired, self-motivated businesswoman who took over the IICON Engineers from Mr. Shailesh Shetty as CEO. She also worked in TATA AIG for some time as a financial planner. Late Shailesh Sadananda Shetty is the founder and director of IICON Engineers; he is an extremely talented engineer and highly focused and committed to the timeline and quality. The journey of IICON was started in 1998 from chemical trading and kept on adding new businesses, e.g., exterior work and specialized work in glass & facade – building lots of reputed showrooms, Hotels & malls on a Pan-India basis. Shailesh is a visionary leader who believes in innovation. Today, the team is still inspired by his leadership style and continuing on the path of progress which Shailesh has paved and visualized for the IICON.

Our Story
The Icon Group has more than 10 years experience in the related fields.
The erstwhile D N Plumbing under which the contracts for the Plumbing and Firefighting were being executed was merged with M/s. Shirayu Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a new entity, incorporated since July 2009, to provide quality Fire Fighting and Plumbing job at a reasonable budget to the complete satisfaction of our valued customers.
We have an experienced team of Consultants, Engineers, Supervisors and skilled labour who work dedicatedly and with full responsibility to complete the project within the scheduled time and expected quality of work.
Our team has experience working with reputed building contractors and consultants. Our Engineers and Supervisors have successfully participated in residential buildings, Schools, Malls, Hotels, offices, commercial buildings, factories, etc.
